Strategic Planning
We partner with school leaders to build a plan that is responsive to the needs of the community and aligned with institutional goals. We will facilitate surveys, focus groups, observations, and gather other data to inform this process.
Coaching
We work with a range of educators including administrators, TOSAs, PLC leads. Coaching is tailored to the individual or team need and focused on building capacity, resilience, and outcomes for students.
