How The Joyful Educator Can Help Your School

We help educators and school communities find and maintain balance between a productive and satisfying school day and restorative personal life. We support leaders in setting effective boundaries for themselves and their staff, identifying areas for stronger staff connections, and creating a plan to retain staff and enhance the experience of the educators in the school.

We partner with school leaders to build a plan that is responsive to the needs of the community and aligned with institutional goals. We will facilitate surveys, focus groups, observations, and gather other data to inform this process.

Coaching

We work with a range of educators including administrators, teacher leaders, and PLC leads. Coaching is tailored to the individual or team need and focused on building capacity, resilience, and outcomes for students.
